Christmas!

the set-up: Christmas Eve

First toy she spotted: Little Einstein Rocket

2nd: baby

She posed with her baby and dollhouse baby

givin loves to the toys

her funny little stocking stuffer she loves

Bryson got me a beautiful necklace and bracelet! I got him Wii controllers and a new game

She loved this toy from gma and gpa Warnick

What a great Christmas! I love seeing how Bailey reacts to Christmas! She was so excited last year, so I just knew she would be so fun this year! She was sleepy at first, but she went straight to her Little Einstein rocket toy (the toy she said all-along Santa would bring her), but her favorite (by far) is the dollhouse! She also loves her baby! (She got another baby from Grandma Jan that she loves, too!) She was so funny bc she played with every little thing like it was the most important and the coolest present and then she would move on to the rest. She yelled, "Thank you Santa!" and she kept saying (even days later), "Santa came to my house! Dollhouse, Rocket, baby..." Oh and she didn't open all her presents that morning bc she was done and thought she had enough. :) It was quite funny, but the next day she wanted more: "More presents...under da tree?" Kids make Christmas so fun! Here is also a video of her that morning. (I took more videos with my video camera).

Sugar Cookies: so sweet!

December 23,2008.
I didn't get the best pictures of her decorating them, bc my camera died and I used my video camera...but here are some of her cutting them out! Bailey had a blast! It was her first time doing the cutting out...but we have made cookies together before! It was a lot of fun! I crave sugar cookies when it snows! Weird, huh?

Merry Christmas!!!

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!!! I cannot wait to see how Bay is Christmas morning. She has been talkin on the phone to Santa about "deers" and such and keeps saying, "Santa comin to town?" So I think she thinks she is going to literally SEE Santa...hmm, should be interesting. I have had such a wonderful holiday season and there have been many things that have happened that remind me of my blessings and how much I am grateful for. I am really filled with the holiday spirit this year! (I think a lot of it was having my Christmas shopping done early and no stress :)) But I hope you all have a great day and remember our Savior and all He has done for each and every one of us!
Oh, a side note...Bay has brought me her baby a few times and says, "Mommy, baby Jesus. Rock you." (Which means she wants me to rock baby Jesus) I am glad she is thinking of him this time of year, too! :)

Snow Day!

Getting ready

the initial shock of the cold

So fun! Running down the hill
catching snow flakes

just chillin
eating snow--yuck!

sledding with Abbie

"More"

I was surprisingly happy to wake up and see so much snow! We had a blast playing in it! Abbie and Robin came out and played with us too--and they brought some sleds. Bay liked it a lot more than I thought. (But she liked going down with either Abbie or me and didn't like going by herself after a couple tries). It finally feels like Christmas!!!

read on for the info!
Have you ever had this experience? You are posting to your blog, click the publish button, and the very next thing you know the screen is blank. So, you click back to your drafts and nothing is there, then you click your published posts and nothing is there. At this point you are starting to think to yourself…oh no, what just happened? As you continue searching your blog admin for information you see that all your uploaded images, videos, files, and everything is gone.
Living through this situation would be enough to devastate any blogger. Knowing that years of data about your person, family, or business is gone can be difficult to overcome emotionally, but even more difficult of a problem to solve. If you haven’t backed up your blog recently, or ever, chances are your posts and everything else are gone for good.
This is the kind of situation that led Brent Ramey to the idea of creating Bloggled.com, “and to honestly save anyone in that situation the act of going insane.” Bloggled.com is a blog backup company that is allowing bloggers to backup their blog for free as an introductory product to celebrate their official launch out of beta and as a holiday gift this season. Bloggled is also offering multiple prizes to those who participate in their “Be a Hero, Save a Blog Contest” that is running through the day on Monday, December 15, 2008. Winners can choose from either a 16GB iPod Touch, or a Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter Machine and it’s quite simple to enter. All you have to do is one of the items below, but if you do more you get entered more times into the drawing…but you have to enter on Monday 12/15 to qualify so act fast, or should I say slow so I have a better chance of winning.

Ward Christmas Party

Bay showing me the candy cane Santa gave her--with Daddy

This is how she was all night...laughing and happy

Making a wonderful piece of art

She loves Chelsea! :)

Bailey had a blast at the ward party. She was crazy! :) As far as Santa, though...she was all excited to tell him she wanted an "Einstein Toy" but she got really freaked out by him; mommy passing her off to him was just too much. Her face was pure panic! :) Too bad. But she enjoyed the rest of the night.

"Drum roll please. . . Drum roll."

So excited!

Checkin out the lights

Trimming the tree
"Little full, lot of sap." Our poor small little tree! We decided to get a real one next year.

"I hope he falls and breaks his neck."--Not really! It is from Christmas Vacation

"Little knot here..."

So cute!

Ahh, it's that time again! We decided to put lights up this year...Bay has been asking for a Christmas tree--"Christmas Tree? Our house?" So we put one up earlier than we usually do...but I have been in the Christmas mood forever this year! It is weird...probably bc I did my shopping WAY TOO EARLY--never again, I tell ya! But it is nice to have it all done. "Folks, Folks! Merry Christmas!"

"Whose house? Run's house!"

Ok, so some of you might make fun...but I found this show last year when there was a marathon of the season on MTV and both Bryson and I really like it. I haven't watched it since, bc it never recorded new ones on my DVR but found another marathon last week and recorded them, and have been watching them again! I love this family! They are so cute and hilarious and of course WEALTHY! But it is a reality show of their life and their family. They are all hilarious! I love the littlest boy Russell--he is a comedian! SO funny. But it is super clean and good quality fun! However, bc it is on MTV you need to DVR it and fast forward the many ridiculous commercials! Other than that--highly recommended, and thought I would share! :)

Bailey turned 4 this year!
