Lookin for other moms' advice!

OK--so we have begun the process of potty training! She has always been interested and has randomly sat on the potty, she even had a phase where she went on the potty like 2-3 times a day (both pee and poop) at 18 months! BUT man it seems like it is much harder than I thought (And we have only done it 2 days)! She did go a little bit of poopies on the potty today, but she stopped herself and finished in her diaper a while later! My point of this is that I need advice! If anyone has found a trick that helps motivate their child let me know! It is harder, too, I think bc she has always done this potty thing off and on, and I think she doesn't think she has to do it all the time. I was stressed about it yesturday, but the more relaxed approach definitely is helping today! Also, I have wondered if the seats that attach to the toilet are better than the potty chairs--anyone have an opinion on that? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me advice! :)

We went and saw Mandy and lil Finley today at the hospital...he was born Sunday night at 8:30pm and was about 7 and 1/2 pounds. Jack was kickin in my stomach all day yesturday and I think it was bc he was excited for his cousin to come to earth! :) We only saw him for a min before they took him away so I didn't get a picture (these are from Tyler and my mom that I posted)...but he is so cute! I think he does look different from the twins, though! He has a lot of hair...and just different features than the boys--but still sooo cute! Can't wait to see him again! Congrats Ty and Mandy!

My sweet girl today...


So Bailey has been so sweet today! We have had a busy week of apointments (doctors and picture apointments) so she has been quite grumpy this week having to go so many places! But today she was so good at my doctor's even though she kinda got freaked out when they listened to the baby's heartbeat and I had to lay on the table...but then she warmed up and said, "That Jack's heartbeat?" (For those of you who don't know--we call him Jack...99.9% sure he will be Jack Bryson Warnick). Well, I put her down for a nap a while later, and I was trying to budget money and figure out finances and stressful stuff like that...so I was annoyed that Bay wasn't going to sleep. I go in there and hold her for a minute to try to get her down--and she was SUCH A DOLL! She was saying, "Jack in there" and pointing to my belly...then she tried to share her pacifier with Jack and tried to put the blanket on Jack (my belly)...and she was totally talking to him. She said things like, "I love you, Jack! I your big sister and Jack is..uh...little brother." and then she would giggle. Then I said, "OK Bay, you need a nap and mommy and Jack need a nap." And she says, "No, Jack talk-a-me a minute." She put her little hand on my belly and then gave him a kiss and a hug and then said, "Love you so much Jack! Night-night Jack." And he kicked right where her hand was on my belly as she said she loved him! SOOO PRESH! She is going to be so great with him!!! Oh, precious moments! :)

My baby is all grown up ("and savin China"--Mulan)! I can't believe she is 2!!! What a joy she has been to us! SHe has the funniest and most out-going personality! I wouldn't change a thing about her! Stop growin Bay! :)

She had such a great day on her b-day party...day! :) Thanks for all those who came and all the great gifts--she loves them all! Before bed that night she told me what happened during the day and she told me who came and what she did at the party...my favorite part was when she described how "all the peoples sing 'Happy birthday, BAILEY!'" So sweet! Her actual b-day is Tues...so I am going to do another post on that....LOVE YOU BAY!

I am sorry about the bare belly shots--I know my stomach isn't pretty like some pregnant girls! (and my underwear showing isn't too attractive either)--BUT I am amazed by how big I have gotten in the past 2 weeks...I don't know if the pictures do it justice...but this lil guy is kicking me sooo much lately--it is like he is already out of room! That didn't happen with Bailey until much later on! "He's gonna be a soccer playah!"

I have LOVED the past couple days and all the warmth! We were outside over 2 hours straight one day!!! Wa-hoo! That never happens in the winter! :) It gave me premature spring fever, though! Not good!
