Here is the Strawberry Days carnival!





We have had a fun couple of days...we went to the zoo--just the 2 kids and I! It was fun, and really good for Bay and I to spend some time together--outside! (it has been so rainy and cold). We went to the Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days carnival--super ghetto! But Bay loved the rides! So that was fun! Having 2 kids is a lot of fun! I am actually surprised by how little time it has taken us to adjust! It is still difficult to find "me" time...but that was the case with just 1--so no biggy! :) Bryson has been helpin out a lot more, so that is great, too! I love having one girl and one boy, too! I think it will be really fun to see how Jack is when he is older--he is different than Bay already. He likes to be held and cuddled and is kinda fussy when he is not eating or sleeping--Bailey was so mild and quiet and easy--though, I think he is an easy baby, too...compared to others! :)

I think he looks more like me in the picture above taken with my phone, than the hospital picture of him...I don't like how they combed his hair! :)

So we cut his sideburns bc I couldn't stand the straggly hairs going in his ears...but I cannot cut anymore...I love his hair too much! I do have to wash it everyday or else it is greasy! His hair is usually super straight but is curly when wet--my mom said that my hair was like that too...but it is straight as a board now! It will be interesting to see if he keeps a curl, bc Bryson's hair is so curly!

Jack had Jaundice and had to be under the lights for 3 days--but atleast it was at our house! I was so stressed about it though and did not sleep at all those nights...but he is better now and well, I still don't sleep. :)Being a mom of 2 is a lot of fun, though and Bailey has started to feel secure again, so it is easier...she never took it out on Jack, though--mostly just screamed at Daddy for no reason! Poor Bryson. Bailey loves to help with Jack's bath and she is very gentle with him and wants to hold him a lot. But she still loves her one on one time and I know she misses that a lot...it is hard for the oldest kid--sad. But she will adjust.
